How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- launch game
Step 2 - loading screen freezes at 17/26

How often does it happen: everytime
What type of device are you using: iPhone X
Anything else? (add screenshots or additional information here) Please fix this error. I have already emailed support+alive@ludia.com, but my game is locked out and with alliance missions timeline shortened this week this is a significant issue.
