20 low for DNA on Unique

I feel like 20 should be the lowest for getting Unique DNA because I have been spending soooooooo long to get Erlikospyx and I simply needed 20 more dna and I spent forever getting that last little bit to get it and I got a 10. The 20 could only be for Unique dna if it does get noticed, since it is such a struggle to get the resources to even make unique dna

While I cry for you because of my own traumas of being 10 away and getting 10 fuses, the average is still technically around 20, and without the avg being 20-25 or so you’d see huge spikes in unique levels from whoever got dna the most recently
