A change to frenzy ability

For the frenzy abilities I think they are a bit too strong
Change the cooldown to 3 and make it so that they get hit by the Counter twice


Well if the cooldown is 3 the small cute headed pterosaur would not be able to heal
but I 100% think that they should get counter attacked twice, frenzy is also very buggy

It is kinda amazing that Alert Scurry is CD 3 and Alert Frenzy is CD 2, despite the latter move being considerably stronger even with its delay.
