I got the yearly subscription for the first time, but don’t have the four velociraptors that the yearly subscription promised, is there anything I can do to get them or am I miss understanding something?

Welcome to the forums! I recommend that you contact customer support and explain your issue to them; you will most likely be compensated. It can take up to 5 business days for them to respond.
