Account issue

“Go to settings”. THEN WHAT?
How do I log out and log in to original account??

My son is 10 and if I try to connect to Google Play it says it’s not allowed and he doesn’t have Facebook.

Please help us restore his account and progress! Been waiting for e-mail reply for over a week.
