Account lost, no response from support

This is a long shot, but here is goes.

I lost all my account progress last week. When I log in, the game starts me off at square one. I emailed support Thursday and followed up this morning. No response.

I don’t want to give up on this game, but I’m getting increasingly frustrated by the lack of communication.

Does anyone have any ideas?
