Account missing, no response from support

Opened the game 2 days ago and it started from the beginning, all my progress is gone. I emailed support through the game and have received zero response.

I have the original support key as well as the current one if you can pm to fix this

Hey Scyllamonster, I’m sorry to hear that you’re still waiting for our team to get back to you. May I ask if your original account is connected to Facebook or Google Play? If so, please try reconnecting to either of those accounts in your game and see if that helps.

I was logged in through Game Center. I logged out and back in and it didn’t help any.

I’m sorry that didn’t help. Our support team will be sure to try their best to help you recover your account once they get a chance to review your ticket.

I am not sure why it is so hard to get back to someone that is requesting help. My game has been down since Friday.
I have zero effort to assist me besides a generic form response.
