Account Reset?

I got a new phone a dow loaded lovelink. I signed in but it made me sign in as a guest first and then said I had to switch to my account. When I tried, it just started a new account completely and linked my Google play to it, but it was already linked to my original account. Now I’ve lost over a year of purchases, gems, and all of my matches… Can it be restored??
