Account Switching

Any has idea how the switching account work? For example, I have two account under same email address, profile name but different ID # under Google Play and Facebook. However, during the JW Alive ask me the switch account and upon confirming, the Facebook and Google Play need switch to newest account. The initial account cannot be login any more.

Any idea how to revert back to original account?

Hey Felix_K, go to your Settings in the game and see which account your game is connected to, Google Play or Facebook, connect back to the account that shows “connect” and relaunch the game. If you’re still not able to access your old game data, reach out to our team here at support+forums@ludia.com with the support key from your previous game, and they’ll be happy to assist you. If you don’t remember your old support key, give them your old gamertag and new support key, and they might be able to find you in their system.
