So I can’t collect my DNA or message in my alliance. [DNS WRITE ERROR] I tried the help message route but got the generic answer, we’ll look into it. Now they refuse to reply back to me after 2 days of me wanting to speak with a manager. I’m looking for a phone number to call now & I can’t find one. Can someone please tell me where to call? Hello, @Hansel, rest assured that our team is aware of this issue and that they are actively working on a solution. In the meantime, we recommend that you force-close and restart your application; many of our players have been able to reset their DNA requests by doing so.
