Alpha disappeared today

Hey there.

Just a quick question. Our clan’s Alpha disappeared today 10 hours early without leaving points and taking away with him our efforts and damage.

Did this happen to anyone else? What did you do? Nothing? Write support and get personal refund? Or write support and get clan wide refunds?

Alpha disappeared

Our alpha vanished without giving bonus keys after defeat. I thought this was fixed in this update? Very frustrating to have this keep happening. Most alpha bugs that were present before update are still present. Seems the only alpha big fixed was the spirit on bewilderbeast. Our clan is very upset and disappointed at yet another pile of keys lost. We have each missed out on hundreds of keys and multiple alpha chests due to disappearing alphas, let alone the loading bugs. Support giving a 1 t…

Did you have more than 25 people hit the alpha?

Nope. Last time I looked at the stats there were 22 participants.

But is that a known issue? We are constantly looking for at least one new member and the theoretical possibility does exist.
