Another account recovery question

This past Saturday 8/3 when I launched the JWA app it seems it “lost” reference to my current profile and wanted me to log in again and start up a new profile.

I sent an email to on Saturday night but have not heard back yet. In that email I gave reference to my long-time profile name and also the current support key that was showing while loading the game. Is there anything else that might be needed to recover my account?

I had spent 6+ months building up my current profile and so I just want to check if I’m able to get it back.
