Which resilient creatures are you using?
Anything that removes dodge (like resilient) is fine. Dinos like Nodopatotitan with both Resilient & decelerating move is over the top. 
Precise moves also work well.
Use creatures that can nullify or bypass cloak or tanks with counters
Mammotherium destroys it.

Deceleration is key to taking out indoraptor, another good way of killing indoraptor is shields since it has no shield shattering move
