Arena PvP Battle Button is greyed out

Bug Description: Arena PvP Battle Button is greyed out

Notice that this alliance member had not been able to battle since the season began until late this morning.
One kill rolled over from the previous season.
Wi-Fi and Cell reliability is excellent, so it isn’t connection related.
May or may not be related to the ridiculous time until next tournament.

What causes this issue where the Battle button is grey and cannot be selected?

Hey Mitchell_Hein, if this happens to your Alliance member again, could you please kindly ask them to force close and relaunch their game?
