Welcome back to Creature File. Today, we’ll be taking a look at an armadillo that has a shell of a turtle, but doesn’t retract its head and body. Everyone, this is Glyptodon.
Passive: Immune to Vulnerability, and Damage Over Time
Possible hybrid: Glythronax, Fuse with Glyptodon and Lythronax
Passive: Maximal Counter Attack, Immune to Vulnerability, and Damage Over Time
The name, Glyptodon, means “Carved Tooth”.
Glyptodon belongs to a same family as with anteaters, sloths, and armadillos called xenarthra.
Compared to another member of the Glyptodontidae, the Doedicurus, Glyptodon does not have a club tail. Instead, it had a stubby tail. It was used for defence.
Can you guess who this is?:
