Attack down/up don't offset

Not sure if this is by design, but I had a dragon with attack down. I casted attack up with Torch. The attack down dragon did not get the benefit.

I would expect one of two things:

  1. 2nd cast overwrite 1st or
  2. Both implemented and adjusted

To make ignore the buff is odd

Hey Talisax, do you have more details on the dragon you used along with the ability?

I was using an veil. Not sure which enemy lowered his attack. But next turn I used torches ability and all dragons got increase except Anveil who kept his lowered.
Interesting was I later activated frosty sparguards red attack and that stacked even while lowered attack stayed

If the attack reduction was higher than the increase, it is possible that the lower attack would have stuck with the dragon.
