How often does it happen: Way too often.
What type of device are you using: iPhone XR

Check connection and restart phone. usually its a problem of the signals not reaching the server or phone.
This game is too data heavy
Same with me. This bug didn’t exist before this update, not that i recall.
I’ve experienced this as well
No problem with the connection. The issue is only within JWA. Usually happens after going in and out of the app one or more times. Or the second time I start a battle.
This is still a problem after the new update
Also have this problem (before and after the update). Need to restart the game every time, because I can’t do anything after this freeze
