Fusing DNA for hybrids is definitely the best way to get DNA. If you have a bunch of common DNA that you don’t need, and that common has a rare hybrid, you can fuse it a bunch to get exp. You get even more exp the higher the hybrid rarity is. You can also get good exp for leveling up creatures.

Fusing is the best value for money in terms of XP and coins. If you can avoid leveling creatures up unless needed to get to fuse level.
