Game: Rise of Berk

Good day, i here to complain about internet problem when using my TM provider. I’m in the Philippines.
After opening the application it will try to connect, after unsuccessfully connection it will go to the login screen and will try 3 times to connect but fail. I have about 3gb DATA left.

When i try to use my GLOBE provider it will easily connect and be played. I have about 1gb DATA left.

This issue happens after that crashed issue; last week

Hello, devimon_da. This seems to be an issue with your internet service provider since you’re able to connect using the other provider. However, you can try clearing up your cache and make sure that you have enough storage space on your device.
