Wizard legendary book is not proc-ing.
Fortune should make it happen every time but it’s never happening, fortune or not.
Tried it dozens of times with and without fortune in rally. Never procs.
Edit - ok it just proc-Ed in pvp. So maybe it’s just with fortune that it isn’t working.
It’s been working fine for me (with and without fortune) in the rally.
Your fortune ability is probably being consumed by a passive item such as Shev’s epic dice, now that fortune is “working as intended”. And you’re left to her standard proc rates as to whether it works or not.
Hmmm. I don’t think so but it’s possible. I’ll watch out.
