Can’t make purchases on Facebook

Hello I can’t make purchases on Facebook or Facebook gameroom. Every time I try to purchase Shellfire it gives me an error message that says “could’nt complete purchase we didn’t receive all of the information from the app. You haven’t been charged for this purchase so please try again. If you keep seeing this error contact the app developer.

Make sure that your game is connected correctly to your app store, try logging out and back into the app store to see if that helps.
