Can’t place in the sanctuary

Hi,

I’ve problems to place in the sanctuaries. It looks like a general problem, cause it’s happening in more sanctuaries. Multiple members are getting the message: enclosure is full, you can’t place. The sanctuary is showing 24/24 in the front screen of the sanctuary, but once in the sanctuary page, it’s showing an empty spot. What can I do to resolve this?
