Can’t play for almost 2 week

I can’t play with the game since the 1.7.25. patch came out. It is always stuck on the loading screen. I’ve reinstalled it once but still not loading. I loved the game but it is a bit tiring for me that I can’t play for almost 2 week. What did I wrong?

Also, changing the time zone setting on your device to either New York or Toronto before launching the game could help as well.
