Cannot fill the empty slot in a sanctuary

Bug Description: There is an empty slot shown in the enclosure page, but everyone just can’t fill any dinosaurs in it. Besides, in the sanctuary list, we all see the sanctuary is full.

Area is was found in: sanctuary

How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- after the maintenance today
Step 2 - restarting apps don’t help
(add more if needed)

How often does it happen: everyone in the alliance see the problem.

What type of device are you using: iOS

Anything else? (add screenshots or additional information here)

Thanks for your reply. The problem not just be in one single sanctuary, some other sanctuaries do have the same problem.
