Can't access commands

Hi, Unable to access the bottom and top commands and even when click on sanctuary, can’t enter it as button not working. Basically all I can do is collect DNA - nothing else wirki g.

Bug Description: Locked out of game functions and commands. Can’t access alliance, sanctuary, view Dino’s etc

Area is was found in: Everywhere

How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- Open game
Step 2 - Restart phone Android 8, and relaunch game
(add more if needed)

How often does it happen: Every time since today

What type of device are you using: Android 8 phone with 3G ram

Anything else? (add screenshots or additional information here)
Basically all functions locked, except ,collect DNA.

Hey Derek_Storey, I’m sorry to hear that happened. If you’re still having this issue, could you try clearing the cache on your device? However, only do this if your game is either linked to your Google Play or Facebook account.

Problem is now fixed, linked to removal of friendly challenge reward issue. As long as didn’t click on daily challenge button , game worked OK. Couldnt collect reward for that day.
