Cant attach screenshot to help and support in Titan Uprising

I was asked by support in game to provide a screenshot, well I cant do that.
I tap on the photo I want to and instead of a “Use this photo” or a button that leets you apply the screenshot, I get the screenshot with a white border that has no options.

I have the same issue, I have been telling support this since the update but they don’t even acknowledge my ticket
