Can't update game from play store after 2.11

Anyone else having issues with the update? play store doesn’t allow an update. only Uninstaller or play. and play just tells you to go back to the store and you are stuck in a loop

Hey Luke_coolhand, could you please try closing both the Google Play Store and the game?

After doing that, please try opening the Google Play Store separately and searching for Jurassic World Alive in the search tab.

I followed the steps but still having the same problem

You could clear cache from the Play Store app in settings and retry. Did it myself and could see the update after that.

@Eight-Six, could you please check the Manage apps & device menu from the Google Play Store and see if there’s a new update available?

I followed the steps and found the update in play store. Update got to 96% started installing then went back to update

Hey boogsmommy09, you might need to free up some extra storage space on your device to install the new update.
