Carbonemys won't hatch due to 'Full Paddock'

Just won the new addition Carbonemys, however everything I attempt to hatch it, it says that it can’t due to the paddock being full. I am yet to place one of them and on the picture card it’s showing as 0/12 owned. Any solutions welcome

I had the same issue with trying to use the Instant Hatchery but was able to hatch him just fine through the regular hatchery.

I insta hatched him and had zero problems…
