I’m wondering where to send in complaints about a member of staff. Is this the right place?

I have the same issue as you but not to send a complaint, only to get a message back from them their number is incorrect also they never returned my email

Uhm…… speaking from experience (trough a friend of a friend of course :sweat_smile:) : NO definitely NOT here and mail isn’t the best way either :see_no_evil: maybe you can write a letter or DM Ned ….?

No. Publicly arguing with staff will get you suspended. I think complaints will be the same if not worse.

Maybe just submit a ticket, or like the other said, DM Ned.
