Contacting Ludia

My game has disappeared after I got a new phone. I have emailed Ludia repeatedly, facebooked them, left a question in the App Store and nobody has come back to me…can anyone help me please?

I have a new phone and my game hasn’t transferred across. It has linked to the wrong Facebook account and I have lost EVERYTHING. I have emailed Ludia three times and left a comment in the App Store and no one is coming back to me. I’m going to be kicked out of my alliance soon if it isn’t fixed. Can ANYONE help please!!!
