Contacting support

So, one of the members in my alliance is locked out of his account. The account wasn’t backed up with Facebook or anything and he doesn’t have he support key. What should he do?? It seems wrong that he will lose him a progress. He has emailed support but not heard back. Any suggestions?

Try getting back to people about the map and boost issues eh? This is just rediculous.
