Creature Images not loading

I am using an Android Moto G Pure phone. Jurassic World Alive is the latest up to date version. For a little over a week my creature Images have not been appearing.

See screenshot below.

How can I fix this? I’ve restarted my phone, restarted the game, cleared the cache, reinstalled the game, and nothing works. :frowning:
