Cunning Rampage change on purpose?

I saw somewhere that someone looked into the code and saw that it had been changed for cunning rampage and that the fact it does not cleanse DoT anymore is NOT a bug - but on purpose.

If this is true the player base will explode.

What an absolute crap-show.

If it’s true it doesn’t make any sense for a cunning move to cleanse and another doesn’t

It makes no sense to have every cunning ability cleanse DOT but this one not.
