Restarting won’t fix it. You only get one chance on this guy anyway. It was like this on all 4 of my devises for all 4 accounts.

Lol, yeah sorry @Davy but this was a 1 time darting event so I can’t really answer that question. I will say it was the same thing for other’s in my alliance so I don’t think it would have fixed anything.
