Defense action Dodge feat?

A fix that would keep the flavor of D&D, and solve the skip your turn issue people have been asking for, would be to introduce an option for a defense action dodge feat. This would require the addition of a new button in combat. This dodge button would operate the same as making an attack, pick an opponent and hit dodge to gain an AC bonus against only that character. I’d recommend only a small bonus and perhaps a small reduction to Tommus AC to offset him using this or go with a full defence action which gives a larger AC boost with dodge but removes the ability to make attacks of opportunity (counter attacks). Or perhaps have both options.
