Did my account reset?

Ok so I’ve spent a lot of time on Jurassic world alive, and have a lot of stuff on it, but i got a new phone and tried logging back into my account via FB and it said this
but when i tapped continue, it brought me to a new account!

Am i just supposed to start over after the amount of car rides i had to get to where i was??

Is there anyway to get it back?

that happened to me, I just finished the tutorial from what I remember and once I closed and reopened it was fine. I’d follow @Ned’s advice before mine though.
