Did not get a prize


I took part in the VIP tournament last week. I ended up in the highest league at the end of the tournament.

I wonder why I did NOT get any prize.

I wrote the support a notice. But noone reacted so far.

Do you know when I can expect a reply from the support team. So far I haven`t got a reply nor a prize. It’s been a week that nothing happened. I think it’s sad when you put so much love and time into the tournament and if your success is out of reach.
