Just completed the coins community evebt. It gave me all the progression dna but not the pack.
Is this bugged? Did this happen to anyone else?

Same. Got no pack.
Had the same thing happen aswell.
It appears it was a glitch with it.
Check your in game mail and you should get the pack there.
