Place: Alberta , Canada
Wingspan: estimated at 10 meters (33 ft)
Name meaning: Cold Dragon (of the north**)
**Species name: Borealis
Cryodrakon is an azhdarchid and might have been one of the oldest azhdarchids in North America.
time: Sinemurian-Pliensbachian (Jurassic), 94 to 188 million years ago
Size: about 6.5 metres (21.3 ft) long and 465 kilograms (1,025 lb)
Name meaning: Frozen Crested Lizard
This was the first carnivorous dinosaur found in Antarctica, and the first Antarctican dinosaur named. (Antarctopelta was found before, but Cryolophosaurus was named first)
