Diorajasaur Bug?

Last few battles against diorajasaur, I’ve noticed that their counterattack doesn’t seem to be 50% after distraction.

Most recent battle, I used utahsino distract as first move and dior had full counterattack. This was before doing superiority strike or any cleansing move.

This shouldn’t be the case correct? Dior’s counter should be affected by distraction correct?

did it have ferocious active?
in this case the percentages are subtracted. 150% - 50% = 100%

No this was actually the very first battle before he had a chance to do any moves. I’ll try to start video and share it next time I’m in this situation.
