Diplodocus too OP?

Just before I get into my rant I have to inform everyone that this is definitely a nerf thread so don’t be surprised by what you read below.

In this weeks epic tourney these guys are the staple of every team, they have an amazing moveset that counters cunning creatures but they also have good stats to back up their move set.

At level 26:

Hp : 6000
Dmg : 1500
Speed : 104
Crit : 5%
Armor : 0%

Resistances :
50% Speed Decrease

Move set :

Resilient Strike
Decelerating Rampage
Shield Advantage
These stats are just something, tied for the highest health of any creature with apatosaurus and brachiosaurus, this creature also boasts the highest damage of any pure resilient creature. It’s only weakness seems to be its speed and armor(the high health makes up for this). 1500 damage is a special value, as you see at level 26 only one single pure fierce creature has more than 4500 health( which a diplo can deal in two turns), this means that a diplo can 2-shot almost all fierce creatures, on the other hand many fierce creatures cannot 2-shot the diplodocus . Even the ones that can 2-shot a diplo lose because of one thing. Speed decrease. The diplo can slow down a fierce with resilient strike and finish it of with its rampage. What about fierce creatures with resistance to speed decrease you ask. None of the fierce creatures that have speed resistance can 2-shot a diplo. This is made exceptionally worse in non hybrid skill tournaments like the one we have right now. Here are its matchups against all pure fierce non-hybrids to show you how op a diplo is in 1v1. For the sake of simplicity all defense shattering moves are classified as fierce as Diplodocus doesn’t use vulnerability. Creatures with “and run” moves are not used, as outcomes depend on the next creature. The diplo uses moves in the order in which it takes the least damage, so against something with Armor Piercing, it will shield. All given matchups are scenarios where the diplo takes the most damage.

Final Score:

Diplo - 24
Tie - 4
Barely any non-hybrid fierce creatures can beat Dilpo. I would understand if this was the case for cunning creatures, as they are supposed to be weak to resilients, but fierce are the ones who are supposed to beat resilients like Diplo. Is this not reason enough for a nerf? If a resilient creature cannot lose to any fierce creature of its level, is it not op?

I’m not even asking for a big nerf, just adjust the attack to 1400 or even 1450 and the diplo will be (more)balanced.

It needs a serious attack nerf but in exchange a rampage without delay

Could you specify what you mean by “serious”, like down to 1000?

I’m gonna add more matchups

Not 1000 but something like 1150-1250

The same can be said about titanoboa gen 1. The only epic that can
technically kill both boa and diplo is spinosaurus gen 2.

There is nothing wrong with Diplodicus. Seriously.

The diplo beats Titanoboa, also you can beat it with pachy by doing the following:

Shielding Strike - Shielding Strike - Rampage and Run

The fact that it can beat 24 of the 29 fierce creatures that I looked at seems reason enough to me. On top of that there is only one fierce non-hybrid that can beat diplo without dying. Only One! I would think more than half of them could beat diplo.

They both need still need slight attack nerfs. mabye down to like 1450 for diplo, and 1200 for Titanoboa. So they can’t oof every fierce in two turns.

You all forget about a creature that deals 3750 Damage after Swapping in.

Actually, I did do Draco g2. I just didnt count the swap in beacause that would complicate things. And this is a 1v1 thing so it can’t be swapped in

Not talking about Draco G² and it’s not an Epic.

Oh are you talking about Titanoboa? It deals damage when a creature swaps though.

Not talking about Tboa G¹. It deals damage when a creature Swap out.

What are you talking about then? I’m confused

Didn’t count it because its a resilient. Also I’m not counting swap damage in my matchups

No it’s not reason enough. It is not used in the arena; really only used in tournaments. You can easily bleed it and swap another to do damage and stun. Just sounds like you can’t beat it.

I can beat, its just how much it takes to beat it. A resilient creature shouldn’t be going around obliterating creatures that should beat it. Tell me one other non-hybrid that can do this. Also stop going around saying “Oh you want it nerfed just cause you can’t beat it”, its super annoying and never the reason.
