Double Billing Transaction Issue

Hey ludia ive been trying to get a hold of you guys because you guys billed me twice for a transaction, I didn’t even get the second sino pack I texted you guys right off the bat and I’ve been waiting for quite some time now with enough word from you guys I showed you guys pictures in PDF form gave you guys my support key and nothing I’m really frustrated right now.
