This bug has happened to me at least three times, I finish a duties chest, open it and pick a new one, my latest example is i opened a medium chest first, then picked a hard chest and started working on it, but when I closed the game and checked back a bit later, my hard chest became a medium chest, the choices were either easy or hard, medium was nowhere in that selection, but I still have the rewards from the medium chest so it’s not like the progress just didn’t save
