“Explore” button doesn’t work?

For a time my only way to access the main adventure was through the “training missions” in the icon on the top right. The “explore” button has never worked, and now that those training missions have expired I can’t find a way to access the main mission. Since the app instantly crashes whenever I attempt a “battle” and I can’t join a guild because I can’t advance in the battle mode (crashes prevent me from doing anything) I’m basically stuck and can’t play the game at all. Am I doing something wrong?
