First player to complete the Book or Dragons?

One of our Discord chiefs, has managed to complete the whole Book of Dragons. I wonder if they are the first to do so?

You need Light Fury for sure to be able to get her exclusive Dragons. The other hard bit is getting the Premium dragons from the packs.
