I’m so disappointed in you, dear Ludia team. Not only did you charge me twice the amount for the VIP membership last month and didn’t respond to any of my mails until today. No, you withdrew money from me again for a free trial. Or does one of us understand something else by a free trial? Not cool! So you have a VIP member less from next month!!
