Game Freezes When Opened

Bug Description:
I open the game, close the normal ‘ACTIVE SKILL TOUNEY OPEN’ messages… and well… that’s it…
The game freezes, and stays like that for all of eternity…

Area is was found in:
The map.

How do you reproduce the bug:
No steps to this… but it’s only happening to me.

How often does it happen:
Every time I open the game.

What type of device are you using:
Apple, 5C.

Anything else? (add screenshots or additional information here)
Haven’t tried opening the game with WiFi yet, but this is happening with a 4G data connection, and I have full data For the month.

I keep getting 10044 error won’t load past 1/24 I tried clearing cache an uninstalling reinstalling game neither works…won’t open on wifi or cell data at all any advice
