Game keeps losing subscription

Is anyone else having a problem with their subscription?
I pay for a year and every 3 months or so it keep saying its expired. I’m getting REALLY frustrated after over 2 years of this. Is the problem Amazon or India and how do I fix it?

If you can remember to include your support key in the email they’ll be able to find you faster in their system!

I clicked on that and it said they can edit, read, delete my stuff. I’m not going to do that. My stuff is private

I can see how that could be off-putting! If you use an app or a website for emails, you can manually copy and paste our address into the Recipients area and contact us that way.

Subscription still isn’t fixed. I have contacted them everyway I can find. Any ideas?
