Game not loading my location on the map

How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- go to the map
Step 2 -

How often does it happen: every time I try to access the map

What type of device are you using: iPhone 11

Check your settings to see if precise location is on

I don’t know if the phones are the same as Ipads but go to Privacy > Locations Services > JW Alive and check if Precise Location. It should be on (slid to the right) and green.
