Hi, my son has been playing this game for 3 years and all of a sudden he’s lost all his progress and VIP subscription. How do we get it back??

hmmmm. try sending in the support key you see on the loading screen that was on his main account if he has it.

Are you connected to Facebook? If so, try going through the tutorial. Then logout and log back in through Facebook
